Worth a try
I bought this for Endometriosis pain I can say it helps with my light to medium pain days, however if I'm having a really bad pain day it seems to aggrevate it more However I do not believe that is an issue with the product and is simply an issue with Endometriosis, since everyone's body is different, different things help different people more or less. I love the app for this as well, it has some nice options, and you get to set a timer, as well as it tracks your pain for you (where the pain is, how intense, how long you used the TENS, and what settings you use most) I don't love that the TENS itself beeps when you adjust settings or add time to it, I wish I could disable it because I want it to be discreet, but that's a very minor thing The TENS itself works perfect, and isn't very noticeable when you're wearing it, even with clothes over it

Easy to use
This TENS unit seems very effective for the pain in my back. I appreciate its ease of use and cordless design, I don’t have to mess with wires. I can use the manual control or the app on my smart phone to run it, which is a big plus. The app is called MyPainOff for either IOS or Android. It is easy to recharge, and simple to use which is one thing I was looking for in a new unit. I have had 2 back surgeries in the last 10 years and used Icy Hot brand “Smart Relief” Tens unit, well they don’t make that any longer so I went hunting for one that would be comparable to that one, I think this will be a good replacement.

Darn Good!
I realized I'd had my previous TENS unit (with wires that were unruly - and batteries) for 10 years. Time for an upgrade. I was delighted to find a selection of wireless units that paired with an app. I chose this one because other reviews mentioned it was pretty effective and very easy to set up. Others looked more complicated and I don't need more complication in my life. I've just used it for the first time and, yessiree it does pack a punch! I had to always crank up my old TENS unit to the highest level, but I can't go to the highest level with this. It would be too much. And I LOVE no wires and no batteries to replace. Just charge it like I do my iPhone. And the setup out of the box truly was easy peasy. PROS: all of the above CONS: It makes an annoying beeping sound every. single. time. you tap the (+) icon to increase the intensity. Is that really necessary? After all, I can see the intensity visually on the app. Also, I don't feel a noticeable difference between the "cupping" and the "massage" and the "malaxation" (is that supposed to be "relaxation"? Anyone? Buehler?) modes. So, that's maybe a bit gimmicky. And what's "scrapping therapy" mode supposed to be? Whatever. Doesn't matter. All in all, I'm pleased with this upgrade from my old unit. A word of advice: go ahead and order the replacement pads so you have them on hand. Would be nice if they included an extra set. You can get replacement pads here on Amazon. Just type "ETP015" into the search bar and you'll find them.

Great for lower back
This works really well for lower-back spasms and pain. Frequent use and the pad is still sticky. Easy to recharge and I like the ability to change the pulse pattern.

Works way better than pills
I’m a Harvard trained MD (Anesthesiologist) with lumbar spondylosis and chronic back pain. I’ve been in practice for 26 years. I’ve had two prior back surgeries. I cannot, and will not, take opioids and or any medications that might impair my patient care abilities. No other types of medications, or injections, have helped me. I tried this TENS unit on a whim and it has changed my life. On bad days, I would suffer just to make it through the day. Now, I put this TENS unit on under my scrubs and it relieves my pain entirely!! I am fully functional without taking any pain medications. It’s a life saver. It’s easy to use and inconspicuous. The battery lasts a long time. The company that makes this device would probably have paid me a lot of money to write a review like this, because I treat peri-operative pain on a daily basis. But my review is unsolicited and I am receiving no monetary, or other type of compensation. I just thought they deserved the good feedback. Everyone is different. This, or any TENS unit, may or may not help you. Chronic pain is a very difficult condition that is challenging to manage medically for many people. But for $35, it’s worth a try.

Isn’t Worth It Because Of Pad’s Lifespan
The device itself works well. I had read reviews complaining about the battery life, but I haven’t experienced any problems. You can choose for it to run for 10-60 minutes, increasing in 10 minute increments. When I’ve used it for an hour on a full charge, I typically throw it on the charger. I don’t think an hour is anywhere near how long the battery will last, though, since it’ll charge for maybe 20 minutes (0-100% battery takes 2 hours). I like the range of settings and intensity level. I love that it’s cordless since I can keep going about my day and moving around. The only gripe I have about the cordless feature is that it means there is a hard device in the area you put it. This is annoying for me since I use it on my mid-back a lot and having the device there means I can’t lean back if I’m sitting. I didn’t deduct any stars for this since it’s just an inconvenience that can be easily solved (e.g. go for a walk, laying on your side or stomach). I deducted two stars because of the electrode pad’s poor durability. In the quick reference manual, it says that it should last about 30 cycles. It also notes that you should not let it come in contact with water, whereas the complete manual says you can wipe it with a damp cloth from time to time. Every single time I have used this machine, I have wiped off the areas I’m applying it to with a wet rag and completely dried myself. I’ve also only ever touched the top of the pad (non-stick area), and I always place it on the protective plastic piece when not in use. Because it says to never let it come in contact with water on the quick reference, I’ve never cleaned the pad itself. I’ve used it 15 times thus far, and it’s started to fall off during treatment. I think this is really disappointing. I’ve been using it two times every day, so one pad lasts me about 2 weeks. At this time, replacement pads are available in a 4-pack for a little over $16. I think that’s pretty expensive when considering the actual lifespan of the pad. Big question: would I buy again? No. I bought it since it was recommended to be me by my PT. Looking at other devices, specifically those with cords, you get way more pads that still last for several uses and replacements are half the price for 5x the quantity. It’s nice for on the go, but it’s not budget friendly in the slightest. For that reason, I’m looking into returning it.

Love this.
I use this tens on a regular basis & it’s great! I’ve had so many over the years and brand names for well know units have been more reliable. This unit is on par with some of the best (given the price). It charges fast & holds power for hours. The replacement pads are great and everything feels like a decent quality. More importantly, it’s cordless. I’m able to keep this on my neck/back discreetly & take it with me ANYWHERE. Adding to the reviews here in case someone is debating. My grandmother didn’t enjoy it as much, but she isn’t a big fan of tens units in general. I don’t use the app, it’s just not been necessary. Easy enough to power on and adjust levels with your hand. I’d say the app is for someone who’s extremely limited on range of motion only. Otherwise, charge and go! :) I may order a backup to have on the go. Seriously a life saver while recovering from injury… or if you’re just tight from a long drive.

Worked for one charge and then quit
I was excited about getting this unit to help with my shoulder and back nerve pain. I charged it on arrival and followed all instructions to set up with Bluetooth and it worked very well until I needed to re-charge it the next day.... After that it was re-charged, it wouldn't connect to BT again, no matter what I tried. I could confirm if it had actually re-charged, either, and I think that might be the issue. I contacted Customer Service by email and they responded very quickly and sent me a replacement immediately. Excellent Customer Service!!!! Unfortunately, the replacement did the exact same thing... Altho I was able to get it to work an extra day longer. But the same thing happened. I have since ordered another brand for just a bit more $, and it is working very well, altho not thru Bluetooth.

Funktioniert gut

Super being wireless!
Having used ones with wire in the past this is a blessing. It works really well and love that I can turn it on via my phone by an app. It does definitely help my pain but it returns as soon as it stops. That's down to my back issues not the product. I would imagine its fantastic on muscle pain etc. It sticks very well, had no issues with that. I would definitely recommend it because if something can ease pain it's always worth a try.

He repetido compra

Definitely worth it for period pain… read instructions properly. Lasts 10 hrs+
My daughter has been using this for 2 days for period pain and it’s been amazing. Please read the instructions properly before use and when you know what to do you can definitely get the best out of it. She’s had it on for 10 hours today and the battery still hasn’t ran out. Every hour it does need to be reset for another 60mins which she’s now a whizz at. 100% recommend. I’ve ordered the extra pads for when they need to be replaced.
