Giving me the proper nutrients while breastfeeding . I think the difference between this one and the prenatal is the vitamin A levels are higher. Easy to swallow despite it being a big pill. Been taking since I delivered my daughter. Maintaining my milk supply. Take with food and plenty of water

I love Natures Made they’re great vitamins and aren’t breaking my bank I appreciate that. I’ve used their prenatal gummies on my first trimester because I couldn’t down pills then moved over to their prenatal pills and choline pack once I was done with my first pack of gummies and now I’m using their postnatal and purchasing the choline to continue staying healthy and energized while nursing.

It’s kinda hard finishing a good vitamin to take after having a baby because there is so many different combinations and the pregnancy cravings are still there. These give me a healthy amount of energy and I’ve been taking them for almost 2 months now. The pill side is kinda crazy but that’s alright it’s worth the benifit of the pill itself

Honestly helped me take in every vitamin I needed since my prenatal were making me so sick so I switched to postnatal and honestly if you feel even the slightest difference after birth I’d take these and at night! They also don’t taste bad which was my concern with any supplements.
