The science of happiness is very well structured, researched backed by scientific studies which helps in understanding the how our emotions and thoughts has an impact on our overall mental and emotional and physical well being. I loved the Questionare after chapters that makes book reading interesting and engaging. It also emphasis of importance of gratitude in our life how small acts of being in state of thankfulness can have positive impact on our health.
