My brother was on heavy amount of medication in general and had just had a leg opp so was great to find this. Loved that it showed the page and calculated if it would be right for this. Also a notes page is great. My only issue is not enough notes pages for the entire week. Otherwise 5*'s

Good if you only have a few meds that need tracking and brief notes. Especially if you're having issues with new ones, it's good to be able to go back and show your GP or specialist when and how often you're taking it. Also tracks usage in case you forgot if you did or not. You need a pill box with this really, otherwise a very good plain Jane log book. Can also be used to track other stuff as well as meds, like glasses of water per day. Minutes of exercise, etc. A ring binder would have been better though, otherwise a good purchase.

Seems a strange thing to write a review about, but this little book has been so incredibly valuable as I try to keep track of my wife’s numerous cancer meds. It just plain works and, since the meds often change or time to take them changes, I can set the new schedule easily on the following page. Definitely worth a try!

I have used charts before but there sometimes confusing this one was just what I needed simple and weekly track keeper cause sometimes meds change weekly so this has been great when that happens.

Again, watch your sizes. I assumed this was an 8 x 10 standard notebook. It was slightly smaller by a couple inches all the way around. But it was nice he laid out and it is a good book/notebook to keep track of your medication’s your doctors, your emergency contacts as well as writing notes Regarding any medication‘s that may cause issues.
