While the pills are pretty big and a bit challenging to swallow, they have been highly effective for me in measurably lowering my stress levels (HRV), in combination with other changes that I did to my diet etc. I feel a lot more at ease and more calm.

Felt improvement after one day!! My cortisol levels were tested and very low — this is helping so much!

Great product and ORGANIC

Taking one a day, I clearly feel more relaxed, less edgy in stressful situations at work. If I stop taking it for a few days, I fall back gradually into my old state of stress where my employees find me a bit tyranical as I don't tolerate their mistakes and slowness. I am therefore very positive about the effectiveness of these pills. But, they are too big to swallow. I take several supplements every day, and this one takes too much space. A smaller size would be greatly appreciated and bring my grade from 4 to 5 stars.

This supplement has been helpful for me. I feel the difference in energy in the day when I take this supplement. Not a rush in energy but a steady, calm energy. It is a bigger pill but easy to swallow and has no after taste.

The adrenal pills I used to take have been discontinued so I thought I’d try these. They seem to be helping my energy and mood. The downside is that the pills are too big for me personally to swallow, - they aren’t particularly tasty and some sticks in my teeth when I chew them.

It came boiling and some of the tables were crushed! It is supposed to be in cooler during delivery, this is supplement, on the package it is suggested to be stored in cool place! This is not serious, this is not some cheap kind of vitamins. I payed a lot of money!
