I love these vitamins. I’ve been taking them off and on for years; they are a complete multivitamin, support heart, brain, eye health + bone strength. It’s one pill a day, which I love. They don’t cause any unwanted side effects like an upset stomach, but I always take them with food. They are a little bit large to take, but I swollen them easily with water. I highly recommend.

My favorite
I use this brand almost exclusively. I am not sure any vitamin is really needed if one eats right, but I trust the quality of the ingredients in this vitamin and I feel that I benefit from it. I also like that it has been adjusted for seniors.

Love the vitamins just wish they were smaller. But understand all vitamins are larger

Good Vitamin for Seniors
After researching multiple different multi-vitamins for seniors, this brand seemed to have the best all around vitamins needed for us mature women. It is lacking in calcium and magnesium, which I bought an additional supplement to add to this. Plus the price was great as well. The pills are the average size of a multi-vitamin, which can be large for people who have problems taking them. But I have seen larger. Fortunately, I have no problems taking a handful of pills at one time.

Great Woman’s Vitamins!
These are my favorite vitamins now. They’re easy to swallow, they smell and taste good and I definitely feel good since I began taking them.
