Love my fireplace!
The remote does not come with batteries so AAA’s are needed! It looks great in my living room. Reasonably priced and replaced one that no longer worked.

Sleek Design and Cozy Atmosphere
I'm really impressedwith this fireplace. It has good value vs other competitors with similar sizes. The bezel give it a modern, sleek look that fits the style of my living room. The flames are surprising realistic, and the fact that you can customize the colors and brightness makes it like a LED stripe vibe. Installation was straightforward, our handyman has no problem installing it. The size is accurate and looks almost built in.

Nice heat nice look… my favorite flame color stopped working on the left side on the third use :(

Decent fireplace
Definitely not very life like fire/wood. I wish there was an orange setting for the log. But the colors are fun. I like that you can change the speed of the flames and brightness. Heater is fairly quiet. The heater works great. We use it almost daily since our basement gets cold and warms a large space. The remote interferes with our tv and DVD player which is a bit annoying. We just control it with the panel to avoid this issue. Overall enjoying this product.
