Love this brush. First time I used it my teeth felt cleaner, very close to the feeling after your teeth are cleaned by the dentist. The base is a bit large for small space I have available but the quality is great. I raved about this brush to my family and my sister bought one and loves it too. Well worth the investment for your teeth.

The positive reviews concerning the distinctive clean feel even after the first use are all true. As a matter of fact, almost all positive reviews on this item are somewhat accurate. I would like to focus on the details that I searched for and couldn’t find on reviews both written or in video format. They may seem like “cons” but I must add that for me they were not deal breakers. Instead I’d like to think of them as constructive criticism, since they are details that I would like to see on later generations of this item. Cable management: It is difficult to tell the power source and cable situation from all the photos and videos online, which are edited for aesthetic purposes. I kind of knew what the set up would be from previous experiences with other electronic devices so I knew what to expect. However, for those who are expecting the same sleek, cable-free look from the photos online please take note that if your bathroom has power outlets above the sink area, like most homes in america, there will be a cable bunch up on your countertop. Even if the cable is wound up and tied together, it may still be an atrocious sight for that OCD gem in your home, who probably spends a lot of time at the sink. Power Adaptor: Once plugged in, the power adaptor sticks out over three and a quarter inches from the power outlet, yet another design flaw. With the amount of compact usb adaptors available this shouldn’t be difficult to correct since the company would only need to replace one part. Power adaptor plug: The placement of the power socket on the base station is a bit awkward and creates a distance of about two and a half inches from the wall or backsplash. I have similar electronics with the power socket located below the item, which makes for a neater appearance and freedom to push the item flush to the wall when necessary. Other small details that the shopper should be aware of is the size of the item and color of the brush handle. Please take a closer look and notice that the brush handle is two toned. I think it looks good but, anyone expecting it to be solid white will be thoroughly disappointed. Also, please double check the dimensions of this item and know that it is not a compact design. Definitely not for a countertop where space is at a premium. With all that being said…or typed; I would like to reiterate that all these may seem like “cons” but they really are small details that everyone should know to ensure that they are completely happy with their purchase upon receipt. So, In conclusion this item would be perfect if it was a bit more compact, and the cable/power adaptor issue was resolved. With the portable power core technology available now a days I don’t see why we shouldn’t expect a wireless base station that could hold a charge for a few days in the near future. This toothbrush is Awesome. Teeth feel so much cleaner. No gross taste like the old toothbrush. Really it’s worth every penny.

Update. At much frustration and months of email exchanges, i have received a complete replacement. 9.99 for shipping. Replacement toothbrush is working well. Original post— I really like the concept of this toothbrushing and ordered 2 in August 2025. They both worked great for about one month, then one would stop working after 1-5 seconds and on the charger would just flash rapidly. A month later the other toothbrush started doing the same. Contacted Amazon and the supplier directly. Was told to contact via the email on the bottom of the base. The supplier send a generic email with instructions to fix the issue. When that didn’t work I emailed again and received a reply instructing me to send a video of the issues. REALLY? Perhaps, they don’t believe me? One of the Worst customer service I have experienced.

I love this toothbrush. It has a timer to let you know when you've brushed your teeth for 2 minutes and shuts itself off. I feel like I have had a hygenist style tooth polishing every time I use it. It is awesome!

WOW wish I could give 6 stars! The brush has twice as many bristles as the leading 2 electric tooth brushes, firstly. Secondly, after the first brushing, slow & methodically, my teeth felt like they had just been professionally cleaned! I know look forward to brushing my teeth :-) Make sure to read the maintenance directions - I failed w/ the other brand I had previously, leading it to be thrown away because it was unable to be cleaned anymore :-(

I love the fact that it sanitizes my tooth brush after each usage. It does bush my teeth and my gums are doing much better.

I've tried many electric toothbrushes over the years and have (until now) returned to my standard brush. Not this time! It's a keeper. I can't believe how clean it got my teeth! I have relied on my professional oral cleanings to remove the tea stains. I dont have to worry anymore! This sonic brush gets the tea stains OFF and my teeth are bright! It vibrates so fast it is nearly imperceptible to the eye, but boy can you feel it. There are 2 setting, low and high, with corresponding pitch. I am less tolerant of the high setting as my teeth are a bit sensitive, but the low setting is fine for general use. The high setting blasts those stains! Every time I use this brush, I feel like I just got out of the dental chair. It's THAT good. The design is sleek and looks great on the counter. The handle is easy to hold and easy to manipulate. It only comes with one brush, which I think is stingy of them as the replacement brushes are a bit expensive. I have seen some off-brand replacement brushes but I dont know how compatible they are. The auto dry and sanitation is a great feature. It cycles when you put the brush back into the base. The little lighted "Saturns" turn from white to blue when it is sanitizing both on the unit and on the end of the brush. I think the power cord is a little short. It has a timer function and gives you a signal to move to a different quadrant of your mouth. It shuts off automatically but you can hit the power button and turn it right back on if you are not finished. You dont need much toothpaste and you dont need to use a brushing motion. Simply lay it on your tooth surfaces and let it do all the work. I have some pitting on my molar surfaces that I often cannot clean with a standard brush, but this one gets everything remarkably clean. I have gold crowns and one permanent implant, and this brush does not irritate them at all. A bonus is that I can also use it (without toothpaste) on my bite splint to get it very clean. PROS: Sleek design, sanitizing, very effective at removing stains and plaque, ease of use, low and high settings. CONS: High setting may not work with sensitive teeth, replacement brushes are expensive, short cord. Overall I am really pleased especially after trying so many alternatives. Not going back to a standard toothbrush! This one is amazing.
