Microderm was not common knowledge for me but my daughter thought I would benefit from it so we got this to try. So far my skin seems to be much smoother and even helps with some acne. With the dry winter months upon us I feel like it has helped my skin absorb my moisturizer as well. The pen is very easy to use and handy to store as well.

Microneedle Derma Roller Pen Is so way to use! Very sanitary with all the needles prepackaged and sealed! Has a little baggie for storage. Works very well. I have been to a plastic surgeons office where they preform this procedure, but I prefer this at home kit!

There are several problems. First, there were no instructions on how to use the damn thing, which makes me think maybe it wasn't brand new. Second, I cannot get the cartridge to attach to the pen. I've looked everywhere for some sort of instruction video, etc. and can't find anything that actually shows how to attach it. I actually injured myself (the needles poked me) trying to put the cartridge on. It makes me wonder (since I already suspect it isn't new) that the cartridges aren't even the right ones for this pen! The Sergand video for this pen, which I hoped would be instructional, is just a glossy ad/puff video.

I bought this about 6 month ago and its an excellent product. This pen is very effective. I'm turning fifty this month and since using this product in combination with korean skincare. My skin has visibly improved, i have a natural beautiful glow, small wrinkles have disappeared and my skin and lips look more plumb. The micro needle pen is very easy to use. I was concerned of this. You charge it fully, after receiving. Then attach the tip. Clean your face and apply a good serum or moisturizer. I do serum. Then you go over each area of concern. Repeat treatment regularly, to see a the improvement. After the treatment you sanitize with alcohol and and put protective cap on. I change every few uses to a new tip. New tips are quite affordable. The needling process is in some areas more uncomfortable, then others, but I got used to it. The pen is small and easy to storage in a small storage bag that comes with the pen. It's very well built and feels very solid. Its a great item, especially considering the affordable price!
