Very nice is work slowly but effective

Taste is bad. It doesn't suit everyone. It results in nausea even on taking just half the recommended dosage. Full dosage causes full fledged vomiting bouts. Avoidable. The three stars are because it may be effective in improving protein levels and energy levels. But not worth the experience. Since it is so expensive, the choice is between wasting the money and self torture of finishing it.
