Working great so far! Enjoying starting doing sublimation work. A rookie a few weeks in and it's going well. Print quality is decent. Not having paper jam issues. Was easy to setup. I had to goto Epson and download a current print driver to get all the print properties and printer settings I needed. Was easy. After I installed the 2nd driver and saw it worked better, then I uninstalled the 1st epson driver. Helped allow for 8.5 x 14 page size and high quality. Just a few options needed that were not showing on the original print driver. Took me a few days to figure out what was going on. It helped with the quality of the prints after I got the better driver. So the end product is better also.

I bought the Epson SureColor F 170 to replace my Sawgrass 500 that I have had for over 5 years that stopped printing colors and started giving me warnings. I printed some designs out and when I pressed it I was pleasantly surprise! I actually think it did better than my old Sawgrass!! I am very happy with the quality and ease to learn. I would highly recommend this sublimation printer to everyone. Bonus I received it within 2 days instead of the week it said it would take.

The Epson F170 has been ideal for getting started with sublimation. It's easy to use, prints vibrant and defined colors, and has allowed me to personalize various projects with excellent results. As a beginner, it has given me a lot of confidence to learn and create without complications. I definitely recommend it for anyone starting out in sublimation.

Normally I do not leave negative reviews, but this incident was an absolutely horrible experience with both the third party seller, JPPlus, and with Amazon Customer Service. I bought this printer to use with my ipad and iphone. The description states that it works with PC and IOS. Unfortunately it will not work with the ipad or iphone. If this is what you plan to use, do not buy this printer. JPPlus refused to accept a return, so I talked to Amazon customer service. The agent placed me on hold for several minutes. When he returned he stated they would refund the amount I paid and JPPlus would issue a return label. I clarified that the amount would be refunded and he confirmed that I would receive the refund. I did ask if I needed to do anything else and he stated that I didn’t need to do anything. I would receive the refund to my account and the return label would be emailed to me. Since I was told that I would receive my money back, I ordered a different sublimation printer. Two days later the seller asked for more information and then refused the return. When more info was sent at the request of Amazon, Amazon then refused to refund the money and accept the return. I miss when amazon didn’t use third party sellers and had better customer service!

Bought as a gift for my mom. It's easy for her to use daily. She's had no issues that I know of with the printing process or any program connection. I have a few coffee mugs that she's worked on and they've kept up through multiple washes. It's a good purchase for what you get.
