Magical. I recently saw a dermatologist regarding my middle aged face. She sent me out the door with a few samples of this and a few samples of sunscreens. Loved them all. But this. Wow. If you are treating your skin with prescriptions that cause redness or dryness but you must push through to see the results you want- use this too! Cicaplast B5 and this magical serum will have your skin feeling soft, smooth, moisturized and a whole lot happier. Initially, smoothing this into my skin feels luxurious and lovely. The serum moves easily, absorbs and feels hydrating. Immediately, my skin is happier. It’s even happier 20 minutes later. I put this on while getting ready for bed and in the morning after washing my face. 1 week in and I think there is a visible difference. I am using four new products on my face to help with the case of Getting Old and this is one of them. Cicaplast B5, a sunscreen and face wash- from this brand, La Roche-Posay. I never tried them till the dermatologist recommended and this brand seems fantastic. The dermatologist I saw was younger than me but her skin was amazing. She glowed and her skin was translucent and utterly blemish free. I was listening to everything she said and La Roche-Posay was her favorite brand for herself and to recommend. What else does she do to keep her skin supple and radiant? I should have asked! My skin has improved and I am buying another bottle for a friend and probably for my Mother. I do have sensitive skin (Oil of Olay moisturizer used to turn my face red and burn like fire). La Roche Posay products have been excellent and irritant free. Recommended! Try it. It’s good. (I have tried Chanel’s La Blanc line. Lancome. Philosophy. Murad. I like the La Blanc face wash and everything Shiseido. Everything else was forgettable and ineffective.) The La Roche Posay products I have used make me curious to try more of their products.

I discovered this brand from my flight attendant friend coz her skin is so amazing that she doesnt even wear foundation!!! So I started using Mela B3 as part of my La Roche-Posay set, and this serum is the one I reach for every morning and night. My main concern was that my skin got darker from constant sun exposure while cleaning our pool in the Florida heat. And this brand is really helping me to bring back my lighter skin!!! What I like about Mela B3 is that it feels lightweight, non-sticky, and soothing. No burning, no stinging, and no breakouts which was my biggest worry. It layers well under my other la roche serums and moisturizer, and after a few weeks, I’ve noticed my skin tone looks more even and some areas of discoloration are starting to fade!!! The only negative is the price, but for something that works gently and doesn’t upset my skin, it feels worth it!!! I absolutely love what this lightly scented serum does for my 68 year old skin! It is almost instantly absorbed, and in less than a week, the texture has become actually smoother and healthy feeling and looking. Dark spots are fading before my eyes, and I am thrilled about a scar on my chin actually barely visible. Is this a miracle? For me it is!!!

On my 3rd bottle. Have seen very slight fading of brown spots, but was hoping for more. Use this twice daily. Is there something better???

I've used a lot of skincare products over the past 60 years and you just know if something is good or not after this many years. The consistency and texture are very nice and I feel it is doing its job. Time will tell about the dark spots, but this brand has never steered me wrong. BTW: Their sunscreen is the best oil free I've ever used!

It’s working. Results take time but I’ve noticed the brown spot on my cheek is fading. Pics are not altered in any way. First pic is May 7. Second pic is June 29. Third pic is Nov 18. My bottle is almost empty. I applied most every night to the spot only.

Im on my second bottle of this. I’m really not sure it’s working so maybe not worth the price. It doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin at all so that’s something

It doesn't cause redness on sensitive skin, has a nice bubblegum scent, absorbs well into the skin, moisturizes, and gradually lightens dark spots. The downside? It doesn't last very long and it's expensive. Buy two or three of these serums at the same time if money isn't an issue.

Effective product for dealing with hyperpigmentation. Remember to use your sunscreen to prevent further skin damage
