We’ve tried three other brands with mixed and less than perfect results. This brand is far and above the best and is perfect for us. The water reservoir capacity allows for complete treatment without refilling. There are two cleaning modes with three power levels from mild to strong. It is very well designed, manufactured and easy to handle for daily use.

I've had this a month now and I like it. It's easy to use, and even on medium it's strong enough for me. It seems to clean my teeth a lot better than the previous flosser I owned, which was not Phillips. I'm pleased it came with its own adaptor, too. I'm buying a second one for my spouse.

Works great! I love that you can change the intensity of the jet and I like the fact that it’s not just one thin stream. It’s easy to fill and easy to use. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I would like to have a tongue cleaner option with it. Otherwise, seems perfect to me.

Works great. Best price I found. Doesn't come with a travel case - that's the only downside.

Always feel better after I use this. My teeth feel so clean. I’m amazed even after brushing my teeth how many little particles are still between my teeth. Highly recommend!

My dentist recommended getting a waterpik for cleaning my gums; I saw this one and thought it might be more effective at that job. It's not. It has a poor design, especially for the price, and it's a genuine pain in the neck to use. First, the water reservoir doesn't hold enough water to actually get through a complete cleaning (unless you're missing a lot of teeth). You'll be refilling it at least once during a cleaning, which means you have to turn it off, unhook the reservoir, fill it, and resume. Second, it's incredibly messy; when you turn it on you expect water to shoot out of the cleaning head (naturally), but it also shoots out of a hole in the back of the unit, spraying your hand, the wall, or whatever else gets in the way. I've learned to position a finger over the hole so that most of the water doesn't escape, but there doesn't seem to be a way to stop the leaks. I'm not sure why it's dong this, but it's aggravating. Third, the stream of water really isn't strong enough to do much flossing, possibly because half of it is flowing out the back of the unit and reducing the water pressure. Even the "deep clean" setting is too weak. Fourth, the unit is thick and a little heavy, not a great idea for smaller hands, and the position of the controls on the handle make it difficult to actually see the settings when you're trying to use it. You're supposed to start it up with the nozzle facing the sink, then apply it to your mouth, which guarantees spraying water over something. I've learned to start with the nozzle in my mouth to keep things neat. Fifth, it comes with two different cleaning heads, and neither one really seems to do a great job. You're supposed to store the other head inside the reservoir--there's a little hole where it fits--but the slightest bump dislodges it so it sinks to the bottom of the reservoir. Sixth, it isn't quiet at all--I have a Sonicare electric toothbrush that's been criticized in reviews for being too noisy, and this thing is at least twice as loud. Seventh, it doesn't come with any kind of a charging stand, but instead requires that you pull up a rubber cover and insert the specialized charging cable into the device. I really can't recommend it. If you need a water-streaming device to clean your gums, look elsewhere.

What I Like: Cordless & Convenient: Super easy to handle and perfect for travel. The compact design fits comfortably in the hand, and it's rechargeable via USB-C, functional! Also, its less noisy than other brands I have used in the past. Powerful Yet Gentle: The multiple pressure settings are great (this was recommended by my dentist). Quad Stream Tip: This is where it really shines. The design makes it easier to target a wider area between teeth and along the gumline. Quick Water Tank Refill: The reservoir is easy to fill and clean. You can detach it from and let it dry in between uses. Durable material for both the tank and the flosser. Overall Impression: It’s not a substitute, but it definitely elevates my oral hygiene. My mouth feels noticeably fresher, and hopefully my dentist notices too! I recommend this for anyone looking to boost their routine.

This water flosser has great power. I've had other cordless brands, but they were weak. Whatever Philips has done, this is like a fire hose in comparison, lol. Noise level is good, especially considering how much water it puts out. It's easy to hold and move around my gums. The first few times I accidentally hit the tip eject button, but I just had to hold it lower down. To do my whole mouth I fill it twice, and sometimes I do a little more because it feels nice on my gums. I've had it for months and it hasn't leaked. To clean I run it for a few seconds after I'm done to get as much water out as I can. I would recommend this model. I use it at home but it's the best travel size I've seen. Longevity seems good, and I would consider it a good value.

End of the day it doesn't do the basic job of floss my teeth. I have gone back to regular flossing as this device doesn't achieve anything as the water jet is not powerful enough.

Purchased this after dental treatment and it works a treat! The power is great and can be controlled, and the charged battery lasts and lasts. It is also portable so from now on it will be with me on my trips.

The product was good, but the packaging came soaked. Since the inside wasn’t really damaged and the product was new, I accepted. Philips has changed the charging port to a more proprietary charging port like the Philips chargers ( as available in Dubai with the C charging port) which is inconvenient as I’ve discarded the charging wire assuming it is a C port! My fault but while most are moving towards the universal C port ( including Apple), Philips wants to move away! Else the product is good, but not really value for money with cheaper, equally good variants available.

The power of this flosser is very good, and it cleans the teeth effectively. It is easy to use and feels comfortable to handle, even for first-time users. The battery life is also good and lasts multiple uses on a single charge. Overall, the performance is impressive and reliable. However, the water reservoir capacity could have been larger, as it requires frequent refilling.
