Taste good

Delicious. Tastes like a treat dessert with real vanilla (rather than synthetic). Creamy (a bit like creme Anglaise/ custard!). . I have this with berries, nuts and seeds for breakfast. A great way to boost your protein and look after your gut microbiome. One of the best kefir yoghurts out there. I love this flavour the most out of their range. Quite expensive so I tend to buy when on promo around £1.50 a pot.

This has been my go to breakfast since I moved back to London. Post gym I just put some blueberries in it, some honey. 30g of protein just in the yogurt and it’s been noticeably decreasing my bloating vs other breakfasts thanks to the probiotics in it. Love it though be aware you need to like slightly acidic yogurt as this one is bio active / has probiotics it has a slightly more acidic taste and think texture than normal yogurts

My opinion? High quality kefir that hits the spot and fills you up. Like when I say filling, it really is. Considering the protein content stated, I'd say it's worth the money being paid for it.

Amazing product! I wish I knew about kefir beforehand because this was a game changer. I was going to the toilet regularly and what's more it tasted lovely. How can healthy food taste great too! My secret was freezing my berries and then adding a good amount of kefir which also froze the yogurt so you get a tasty frozen yogurt/ ice cream taste for those trying to cut out sugar. It's the best alternative and healthy. Sadly after taking kefir I found out I was allergic to dairy but that's my personal issue. For anyone cutting out sugar and wants to promote their gut health, please try this
