Best protein on the market I've tried over 10 different 4+ stars brand of whey and casein from Amazon, while gold standard is more expensive than most it is by far the one with the best taste and the consistency. Instead of dreading having to get my protein in now I look forward to it each day. It tastes like a tasty milkshake from an ice cream store (just thinner of course) Would highly recommend.

Awesome protein powder, definitely not the cheapest but after trying many types of protein powder I feel this is amongst the very best in terms of protein per gram of powder, taste and ease of mixing. I've had both Cookies and Cream and French Vanilla Crème and have to say both are amazing. I have usually used USN GF-1 but on the recommendation of a personal trainer I highly respect I tired this and loved it. With the GF-1 I did sometimes feel the vanilla was a little chemical tasting. Optimum Nutrition vanilla is nothing like that, it's a clean almost too good tasting (fearing I'll crave sugary things later) sweetness of flavour but is nutritionally awesome. The only thing that it didn't seem to do better than my normal go to of USN GF-1 for me was cooking with it, Protein pancakes or protein porridge wasn't anywhere nearly as nice as USN but in shakes Optimum more than made up for it so if you don't intend cooking with it then I'd recommend this over any other protein.

This protein powder tastes really good, sweet but not overpowering, and mixes easily without clumps. It helps with muscle recovery after workouts, and I’ve noticed improved performance since using it. The Cookies and Cream flavor is a nice change from plain options. The large 2.27 kg tub lasts a long time, making it good value. Definitely recommend for anyone serious about fitness.

My package arrived in good condition, the outer seal was intact and undid this and the inner seal seemed very secure even though there was a few specks of powder on the inner rim, possibly when filling the tub. Opening the tub it was almost full to the inner rim which i found interesting as all other powders i have had in the past only seem to be about 2/3's full. My tub weighted 2.5 kilos considering threes 2.2 kilos of powder in there i think its i a good package others on here say there's have been tampered with. The initially taste as you drink it is pretty good and it smells like cookie dough but it has a slightly funny after taste that i cant quite put my finger on, although every powder i have tried seems a little funny taste at first that you get used to. It mixes very well although its not very thick even with the recommended 180ml to a scoop, its pretty thin and has a lot of little black specks which i think is the cookies, as it contains crumbled up cookies. I went for this brand as its been recommended to me by a few people and it has a lot of protein and BCAA's in a single scoop, almost the same as two scoops of my previous powder that i was using. If i can get used to the after taste i would buy this flavour again, otherwise i will try the vanilla one next time.

The product is definitely authentic as it matches the guidelines on the website perfectly. There is a lot of product as well which is great. The flavour is good for a protein shake. It obviously doesn't taste like a cookies and cream milkshake but it's definitely decent and since a serving is 180-240ml, it doesn't get sickly and isn't too much. It is definitely thinner than other protein shakes I've tried which I prefer since I don't want to be drinking something thick or heavy after the gym but there will be some people that dislike that. It is also smoother and has less bits than my usual protein powder so it mixes well. I usually mix berry flavoured creatine with my protein shakes and the flavours of these still work good together. I also like the calorie to protein ratio as someone who isn't looking to bulk but rather lose weight as a scoop is 119 calories. It's not necessarily filling and I don't feel like it can act a meal replacement which to me is ideal as I want to just get the protein in easily and quickly.

It’s really thin for a protein shake off you’ve mixed it up and the smile on the cookies and cream isn’t the best and the taste isn’t great but seems to be okay I feel great off it and feel a difference
