Arrived quickly, as promised. I ran out and decided to try without. My joints and muscles became extremely sore. Whether it is the turmeric or not that helps, I cant be sure, but I bought some more and won't run out again. It is accredited with anti inflammatory properties, I think it probably does help with that.

Ersmal zum Produkt selber, es sind ganz ganz kleine Mini-Pillen, gelb, stark gepresst, und das Döschen ist auch grad mal 25% voll. Aber die Inhalte sind wohl gegeben. Man muss etwas mehr Wasser dazu trinken, weils so stark gepresst wurde. Zur Wirkung kann ich natürlich nichts sagen, ich nehme 3-4 davon auch 2x am Tag, um Entzündungen entgegen zu wirken, die zb vom Training auftreten.

Tables are not 2600mg. More like 2.6mg. 2600mg is 2.6g and that would be hard to swallow. False advertising.
