Wonderful product. This is really tasty too, and you only need a tiny amount. There is a very small spoon provided in the container, which you fill and sprinkle on any meal of your choice. On breakfast cereal is perfect. It's a natural product, and certainly makes a positive difference. You can read elsewhere of the benefits of milk thistle, and it works for me. Although coming in a relatively small container, don't be put off, as because of the small amount needed, it makes real value for money, and lasts for weeks and weeks. Highly recommended.

It is what it says it is helps with a fatty liver My only complaint is it’s not ground up enough but if you let it soak in vacuum flask for an hour or so or what I did put it in coffee grinder it’s excellent Would recommend.

I highly recommend especially if you have liver pains due to a cysts or cysts. You may need to play around with the dose as it may not suit your size/weight. As a small petite person, the recommended dose over the first month of taking led to insomnia, which I believe may be a very rare side effect. So if you are sensitive, scale back and build up to what you need and take every day or every few days. You will know it is working because you will experience very few liver pain episodes if any at all. I no longer need to take everyday maybe once a week etc. If I feel the niggle pains coming back I take it and they most often are relieved that day.

I've been using this for a few weeks now. I add it to my smoothies and blend with my nutrininja. As others have said it doesn't dissolve but it does blend well and I find it doesn't alter the taste. The only reason I know it's in there is because it has a habit of getting stuck to my teeth! I'm definitely going to buy more of this as I really appreciate that it's a pure product. It seems to be helping to keep my bowel movements regular as I was having trouble with a heavy, uncomfortable feeling in my belly. I do feel like that's improving so I plan to continue with it.

Def recommend! If you have any of these sympthoms that I have: - wake up many times during the night and the day that you feel like a zombie in the mirning due to stress,anexiety , dark thoughts ect - thinking way too much about something that has upset you that you feel exhausted! - stressful work! After taking this powder I sleep like a baby! When I wake up in the morning i feel great ! DO NOT consume this powder if you are deiving or working with dangerous tools because it relaxes you very quick and makes you exteremly sleepy. I beleieve the instruction says a tea spoon; my weight is 55kg and i had to reduce it to half a tea spoon. Please note that always discuss your sympthoms with your GP first, may be what you need is more than a herbal! However after doing some research myself , and knowing the side effects of anti depressions (as i used for sometimes) ; I found out that there are some studies that have proved the posetive impact of Thistle milk on depression.

The taste is not particularly pleasant and adding powdered milk thistle to cereals, tea or by whatever other means is not a very nice experience. I suspect drops are better and far more palatable.

I am very pleased with this product. Comes in a dark glass jar. Bottle lasted me about 6 weeks, taking suggested serving amount. I add it to my protein shake. And my liver enzymes have dropped. Happy about that. It's abit expensive but made in Europe using organic seeds and I would like to think it does its job wholeheartedly. I'm starting my 3rd bottle. Big fan here! *** Edit - The jars I was previously ordering were 120g jars and I was paying $49.99 I notice now the jars are smaller 90g size so my recommendation on how long a jar will last you taking recommendation dose doesn't apply to new size jars. But still a superb product. I don't mind paying good money for QUALITY! 👌🏼

I bought this product to help detox my animals from harmful pet food produced by only a few manufacturers causing kidney failure and in some cases death according to Dog Food Advisor which prompted me to research foods I'm giving my cats too. I first wanted to detox my animals to help their kidneys and chose this product Milk Thistle. I then found a brand of food not on the "harmful list" and not produced by the few monopolizing manurfacturers. After only a week I noticed a marked improvement in their vitality. They all seem perkier and happier. It really is amazing. One dog is over 10 years old. I am, however, also adding in a nutritional supplement called NutriThrive. All together I believe this product has haelped tremendously. I believe it would work for me too if need be!

Today is only my second day using this brand so I do not know if this will be as effective as the tincture I was using. My disappointment is that the label says “POWDER” but the actual product is not really in powder form which is misleading. When you say “powder” it means it’s pulverized/very fine but this is not even the consistency of powdered pepper, it’s more like cracked black pepper/granules that you can chew on the tiny bits of milk thistle which is not a very pleasant feel in the mouth as they are kind of sharp. I will not be buying this product again for this reason. On a positive note, the shipping was fast, that’s why I gave it three stars and because it’s organic (well, I hope it is organic like the label says).
