Very effective with plastic kit modelling. Particularly useful for flatting off filler on fuselage seams and the like. Good value

Nice little set. There are about the same size as a large nail file. Double sided is nice too. Recommend buying a large rubber with them which is a good way to clean and reuse them. The core of the sticks are a stiff foam so they can/will depress if too much pressure is applied meaning they are no good for flattening. I used them to clean and polish some watch parts and case. Pic is mine after some use.

I’ve bought these before, they’re good for the price and the abrasive is fairly good. My wife keeps nicking them for her nails too. They aren’t super durable but they’ll work satisfactorily which is all that you need.

Perfect for the job

As the title says yes they are good BUT to a point their function is to gove a smoother surface and be easy to use but they do wear out pretty quickly as I've learned to my cost yes go from "rough" to "smoother" as your sanding takes you but the smoother ones wear very quickly though hence only 4☆but other than that these are still quite good value..

Arrived on time and in good condition. They come in a handy storage bag there is a good range of grades from polishing and furnishings to quite course grades for more vigorous material removal.
