The forks work surprisingly well. I only wish the 128 hertz fork was weighted. I have used them for pain only so far. My sister hasn’t been able to raise her arm over her shoulder for months. I used them on her every day for 4 days. Twice a day. Now she can use it with no pain. I am ordering a weighted one for her. They seem to work better for pain when weighted.

My husband is a musician and has several tuning forks, but this set included those that he did not have and we are using them for aches and pains. They seem to be working. They come in a beautiful sachet. They are the same grade as my husband’s.

Very nice tuning forks each in a nice velvet bag. I tested the sound and they are very accurate. Also glad the small mallet is hard rubber and works well.
