Helped with Gum Irritation
Much to my dismay after my last dental cleaning the dental tech informed me I had some swollen gum areas. And, after the use of a dental pick at my dental visit and dental cleaning those irritated gums hurt even more. So, I ended up getting this toothpaste since it is supposed to help with weak areas. The toothpaste is all right as far as taste--not too sweet, gritty or harsh tasting. It was okay on my sensitive gums too. After several days of brushing with this toothpaste at least twice a day my gums look a nice normal pink color and feel better as well. It also has an ingredient that can aid in cavity protection as well. As for whitening of teeth I don't know about that(?). I got the deep clean one not the whitening one--but then some whitening toothpastes can be abrasive on teeth after awhile (sometimes better to talk with your dentist about whitening products). I am happy with the results I got as for as my gums go and will continue to use it. Just realize that toothpaste is just part of good dental hygiene-limiting lots of sugary drinks and candy, brushing flossing and regular dental check-ups all play a role in that.

Love this toothpaste to assist with gum health. The taste is minty, the texture is good. This is not one that focuses on whitening. Use it regularly and we have seen it work in between dental appointments. Works as expected.
