This is a pretty awesome travel guide! The book is perfectly laid out. I appreciated that there was a suggested itinerary based off of what city you would be visiting. Another great part of the guide was that there was a section categorized by what you like. Categories included wine and art. Based on your preference they suggest a city to Visit. The book also suggested activities per city. There was no guessing! You could totally plan a vacation with this book alone! It was easy to read and follow. My imagination ran wild thinkin of an Italian getaway! At the end of the book were useful Italian phrases meant to help you go through your trip to Italy with ease! I recommend this book! * I purchased the Italy travel guide for review during a promotional period. This is my personal honest and unbiased review based on my reading of the book*

Gives a quick snapshot of some key destinations and attractions. But I was also hoping to get a bit of an off the beaten track perspectives which this book does not offer

Awesome guide. I hope to travel to Italy next summer and this guide has all of the info I need to prepare myself. From the food to the things to see and do you really have it all in one book. This is a great buy if you are planning your next trip to Italy!! I love having it as an ebook. Automatic access to its contents and I can take it everywhere without worrying about laying it down and forgetting it. I accessed it on my Note 4 with no issues. I bought this book for $8 considering the other options I had for review books of Italy were $20 each but were from bigger name review companies. I should have gone with the money expensive books that were better quality and I plan on doing so. Don't waste your money on this.

This is SUPER basic. For example - go to Bologna to eat. I wanted a general basic book but this has NOTHING you can't get from the internet. I'm sure there are better books out there. Wish I purchased Rick Steves instead. The two stars are for the helpful language hints in the back which I may use

Great reference

We bought several books on Italy in preparation for traveling there. This one was the easiest to read and we about wore it out! Some of the others (including Rick Steve books) had way too much detail and not enough immediate information when traveling. We will sell all the others, but not this one!

This is a really good Travel book because it includes just about all the places including some of the smaller and lesser known towns in Italy. Unlike some guidebooks where the author picks out places recommended for you and only writes about those, this book includes way more than that.

A brilliant little book with all the essential places to visit. It is full of interesting information about these places and what to see, one of the best guides I've seen.

It was very helpful guide to plan where we go and schedule the places to visit first. Specially for Rome and Venice.

Bought the tablet form of this book. I didn't use much as it seamed to be going from one place to another, back tracking . There wasn't a flow or order to it. So I didnt' find it very interesting or useful.

Not enough - seems to be for children

honestly its like a cheap paperback, color photos would have been nice... not really impressed with it
