We have been taking a Turmeric supplement for numerous years. I believe it helps with inflammation and we have not noticed any side effects as you would with a medication. Quality brand at a fair price.

I just bought this for 7th time. Believe it or not it healed my frozen shoulder without taking any other medications, surgery etc. It took some time to recover, but still not as much as my other shoulder (that has the same problem a couple of years prior). The first time it happened I went trough all corticosteroid pills, 💉 and phizotherapy. When it happened second time I was so desperate. Then a colleague of mine told my about golden powder ( turmeric mixed with black pepper). So, I found this on Amazon and decided to try it. My only addition was coconut oil capsules along with it. I felt it started working somewhere after few weeks maybe, slowly the pain disappeared completely. I can't really remember how and when, because was not sudden change. I just realized one day that is gone completely. Since then I take one capsule twice a day, I skip the weekends even and I feel great 👍. I can't describe how grateful I am for not going trough months of pain, harmful medications, boring physiotherapy and slow recovery again, thanks to golden powder in a capsules 😍 It's 1am at night and I'm writing this review, but I felt inspired to share my story and hopefully help someone (same way I got help with the advice from my coworker).

I used to take some Walmart brand of just turmeric curcumin with ginger and after stopping for a while I noticed my fibromyalgia pain increased a lot, as did the pain in my knees and ankles (even though I lost 100 lbs!). So I decided to try it again but my partner recommended adding pepper to the mix, so I tried this. I also wanted to shop online due to COVID (which I recently got anyway) and buy some brand besides Walmart. I'm glad I did. I take one in the morning and two at night. With this and adding fish oil and probiotics back into the mix, the knee and ankle pain is almost 100% gone and the fibro flareups and pain from a back injury 10 years ago have improved drastically. I'm a firm believer in turmeric curcumin plus ginger for reducing inflammation, and I will stick to this product in particular as it works well and is a great value

I have been taking this brand of turmeric for a few years. Recently, I tried another brand that contained no pepper, an ingredient that enhances your body's ability to absorb the curcumin, and found that it did not work anywhere near as well as the NutriFlair brand. Pepper does not bother my stomach but the unexplained body aches and pains after switching brands could only be attributed to the different formula. Yes, it's 3 pills a day as opposed to the one a day of the other brand, but what a difference in effectiveness. No more switching, I have the product that works best for me.
